Every now and then, it comes time to move out and do a nice, thorough clean up before that. Everybody has done that, at least once in their lives. The rules, that concern the whole cleaning process, apply also when it comes the time for post tenancy cleaning.
The first thing you got to do before you get started, is to decide how much time you are going to spend, on what and it's probably better if you make a schedule.
Then, you could start with the cleaning of windows and mirrors. Here first you got to do, is to wash the surface with lukewarm water and dish soap and sponge or cloth. Do not use abrasive rags, because it may scratch the surface of the mirror/window. After you wash them, dry them good with another rag or towel. And after that comes time for the actual cleaner. The role of the cleaner is to be a shield. It makes the removal of the future spots and any sort of debris much easier.
After the windows and mirrors, in the house are thoroughly cleaned, it's time the furniture to be polished. Here once again you have to remove the dust first, then use the right type of cleaner, read the directions on the back of the wrap. Be cautious, some of the furniture can't handle water this is why you shouldn't use cleaners, that need to be mixed with water before use. Once again follow the instructions on the back and there shouldn't be a problem.
After the furniture is done, it's the floors turn. You have two options her. You could either use a vacuum cleaner, or you could use a simple broom to get it right cleaned up. No matter which way you will choose to go you have to bare in mind that the final result have to withstand the inspection of the landlord. After that, you could use a solution of cleaning detergent and lukewarm water to give the floor a nice, shiny look.
And remember if you think you are not going to be able to handle with all this stuff, probably it will be better if you look up for professional end of tenancy cleaning service.
