2. Group books by size. When sorting your books make sure that smaller books with soft covers should be put in one box while those which are larger and have hard covers should be put in another one. This way you will be able to fill the boxes more complete.
3. Utilize moving supplies to fill empty space. You may have books in different sizes and shapes and placing them in one box often means that there will be free space in the box. Just take some packing paper, bubble wrap or newspapers and fill in empty spaces.
