If you can get out of this cleaning hire a specialist. But if you are in need of cash and have no better option then think about DIY.
First remove the litter boxes and empty them. Clean them and put the "new" rubbish in trash bags. Remove all stuffs from the oven then spray it with oven cleaner on the top and in the oven. While the stove is soaking in oven cleaner don't waste time and do another job like cleaning the toilet. Multi tasking lets you to move along faster. You will need a pair of rubber gloves for this matter. I suggest you wear them for all the work but if you don't feel comfortable use them at least for the lavatory job. You might also need a couple of dust masks to avoid the germs. Put all clothing thrown around into the washing machine with white vinegar and baking soda. Use a cup of soap and then put them through a wash. It may need 2 cycles. When washing is finished sort them and rewash them into the right loads. Then you can vacuum around the house/apartment. Now spray ammonia and white vinegar directly onto the areas which are extra filthy. Now go back to the stove and use paper towels to wipe off. The top of the messy burnt food should come off. Be sure to have a bottle filled with white vinegar and water. Go over the stove with the white vinegar spray and wipe off again. Shampoo the carpets and wash the stains. You can use carpet cleaners too.

Depending the amount of filth in your home consider using a steam cleaner on the carpets. If there is still a lot of dirt around you better call a professional steam cleaner taking care of conducting a good contract. But do not expect miracles - not every carpet and floor can recover fully. Some of the carpet and padding may need to be replaced.
What about furniture? Try cleaning it with a stain cleaner. Do not forget to wipe it with a damp cloth. Consider the material of the furniture - some of of fabric material do not bear water interventions. You can talk with the domestic cleaning company about some extra costs.
After finishing the cleaning open the windows. You may put some flowers around the house or use aroma spray for stronger effect.
