How to Clean Your Espresso Maker

Do you like espresso? Well, if the answer is “Yes” I can assume that you have an espresso maker in your kitchen. This appliance is a great addition to the kitchen of every coffee lover. However, when the time to clean your espresso maker comes, how do you feel? And more importantly, how do you proceed in this situation?

Even professional cleaners in London cannot resist the idea of a hot cup of espresso before work. Unfortunately, there is a chance the espresso, which is waiting for you on the kitchen's table to be not as delicious as usual. And the main reason for this problem can be exactly in you, because you forget to clean your espresso maker regularly. So, here are some tips, which can help you to make your espresso tasty again.

1. Always rinse the coffee deposits off of your shower screen. If you use some detergent, read the label first and follow the instructions. Then, fill the water reservoir of your espresso maker with water and pour a little bit of the detergent in it. Make sure that the cleaning agent is dissolved and attach the portafilter cup. The next step is to turn on the machine.

2. Then, you have to clean any residue that may have been left, using the group brush. Just place the brush into the group head and start cleaning. Take a cloth, dipped in some flushing detergent and wipe the gasket groove clean.

3. Then, London cleaning professionals advise you to fill the water reservoir with clear water. Remove the portafilter and drip tray. After that, repeat the whole cleaning procedure, once again. Before you are ready with the cleaning of your espresso maker, you just have to clean the basket and protafilter. I guess you know how to do this, right?!
