How to Clean Rubber Pan

There is no man in the whole planet that doesn't like the cooked food. However, nobody like to eat half backed steak, potatoes or muffins. This is the reason why many prefer to use rubber or silicone pans because the material distributes heat evenly, which means food cooks evenly. The material have one more big advantage – it also cools quickly so after you've removed the pans from the oven, food won't continue to cook, in contrast with the food baked in metal or glass bake-ware. Moreover, silicone pans do not retain food odors and they are very easy to clean. If you treat them properly, your silicone pans will last for many years.

Having in mind that cleaners Cricklewood provide the following tips on how to easily clean your rubber pan:

As a start you have to prepare your cleaning tools. In this case you will need liquid dish detergent, non-abrasive sponges, water and a box of baking soda.

To begin the actual treatment place the silicone pan in your kitchen sink. Fill the sink with warm water and dissolve at least a tbsp. of liquid dish detergent in it.

Let the silicone to soak in the warm soapy water for about 20 minutes up to half an hour. Usually, the longer stay is not necessary, because the food particles can't stick on to the metal or glass surfaces.

Take a soft, clean sponge and wipe the inside and outside of the pan. According to cleaners Cricklewood abrasive scrubbing sponges use is not appropriate for such surfaces as they will cause only damages on the silicone.

Drain the water out of the sink and swill the pan thoroughly under warm water. If any food remains on the pan, just sprinkle a small amount of the baking soda on a wet sponge and carefully rub the dirty area.

Good luck!
