Spagetti with Red Sauce:Nice Meal or a Cleaning Nighmare

I think that there is no person in the world that doesn't like eating spaghetti. Everywhere in the world people eat spaghetti, but there are different recipes for the sauce. Some prefer no sauce, just cheese, others white sauce. My favourite one is the red sauce the tomato one.


Before we begin with the sauce we need to cook the spaghetti. First you boil water and then you put half of the pack of spaghetti in the water in which you already added salt and little oil. Then you boil them until they get soft and then you are ready to move on with the sauce. First you put a little chopped up onion in a frying pan with some oil, then you put some meat in it. Good meat for frying is bacon, pork ham because it has a little fat in it which makes the flavour better. Then you put some vegetables if you want I usually add a little carrots. Let them all fry a little bit and then you add the tomato sauce. After frying 15-20 minutes you add all the spices and this is the basic cooking process.

After that comes the cleaning process. Now if cooking was easy cleaning is not. Never forget to put the lid on the pan or you will suffer a disaster in the kitchen. If you forget to do so when the tomato sauce starts boiling it sprays all over the place. The worst case scenario is if it gets on the carpet.
